The 2023 closing annual meeting of Haide New Energy Sector and the 2024 starting trip we<re successfully held!

At 4:30 pm on March 1st, more than 300 people including group company leaders, guests ∞from sister companies, customer representatives and Haide New Energy family gathered togeth>er to review the past, enjoy performances, witness awards, har↕vest blessings and share the future.

"Happy New Year, everyone! First of all, I would like to express my g≈ratitude for everyone's hard work in 2023!" Mr. Xu Hong, Chairman of Haide Control×, extended his warmest greetings and most sincere thanks to customer representatives and all new en÷ergy family members, and expressed his expectations for the development ofΩ the new energy sector. "The dragon's rise began in Sanqing M®ountain, and unity and cooperation have set new heights.↓ I wish Haide New Energy a new breakthrough in 2024!" 

"2024 is the key starting year for Haide New Energy to move towards a 'multi-pro>duct, multi-business' model. It is also a year of fierce competition' in the new energy industry. The road has been opened and the horn has been •sounded. I hope that all our brothers and sisters Ωwill work together to achieve our common goals!" The speech &by Guo Mengrong, general manager of Haide Control and chairman of Ha§ide New Energy, injected new impetus into the development o∏f Haide New Energy.

Immediately afterwards, Zhang Yongfeng, general manager of H&aide New Energy, gave a work report on the new energy sector.

The report reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of 2023, and made ar₽rangements for key tasks in 2024. It mentioned: "In 2023, we relied on γthe wings of 'power electronics technology' to grow arms and grow resiliently. Many new p<roducts have been developed, tested, certified and mass-produced, making this year brilliant. In →2024, we will focus on the corporate vision, fine management, innovative products, market$ development, brand promotion, and excellent services. Under the lead↕ership of General Manager Xu Hong and General Mana↔ger Guo Mengrong, we will jointly create a bright fuαture for Haide New Energy and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the joint-s≤tock company!" 

In order to promote the implementation of annual goals and strengthen safety producti≈on management and control, a signing ceremony for the 2024 Safety Product™ion Responsibility Letter and Business Target Responsibili≠ty Letter was held at the annual meeting to make a good start for the ne‌w year's work.

First, Zhang Yongfeng, General Manager of Haide New Energy, and Guo Mengrong, General Manager ‍of Haide Control and Chairman of Haide New Energy, signed the 2024 Safety Producti₩on Responsibility Letter; then, the heads of relevant departments signed↓ the 2024 Safety Production Responsibility Letter and Sales Ta✔rget Responsibility Letter with Zhang Yongfeng. The ©heads of relevant departments are required to sort out and plan the mil™estones of major events throughout the year, quarterly, and monthly, start from the end, consol₩idate responsibilities, ensure the closed loop of various goals and tasks, and promo÷te the implementation of various work tasks with a higher position, broader visio&n, and stronger strength.

The signing of this target responsibility letter has e≠nhanced the target responsibility awareness of each department, conveyed the courαage and determination to "fight hard battles and win battles", and laid a solid f>oundation for the full realization of the company's new strategies and new goals for 2024.

The annual meeting also highlighted the recognition of advanced collectives and outstanding indi₩viduals who made outstanding contributions in the past year, including the Out÷standing Service Award, Hard Work Award, Cost Reduction Award, Best Newcomer A↓ward, Innovation Award, Operation Model Award, Marketing Pioneer Award and other honorary a✘wards.

From famous Peking Opera pieces to original poems, from song sin∞ging to violin performance, all of them show the stπyle and vitality of the Haide New Energy family. I believe that these wonderful programs wi✘ll surely make a good start for the journey of the Year of the Dragon ☆and set the tone for the passion of struggle!

While the dinner was going on, the company distributedλ massive amounts of red envelopes through an “online red envelope grabbing&rd∞quo; method, and also drew eight mid- to high-end mobile phones through aδn “offline poker lottery” method, allowing every€one to feel the New Year’s joy while receiving plenty of∏ blessings at the beginning of the year.

The white snow has transformed Sanqing Mountain into a fairyland, ÷which is the basic operation. The classical landscape ink painting drawn with black‌ and white is the masterpiece!
