Scheme Background

ISCS (Integrated Supervisory Control System)

     The Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) integrates ÷the monitoring layers of several similar automation systems into a unified monitoring system ♥platform, which realizes the information integration and sharing, integrated monitoring and opera∏tion of all integrated and interconnected systems, and prov∏ides a platform for users to realize information exchange and resource sharing.

     Rail Transit ISCS generally consists of the following sub-systems:

     ►   Building Aut<omation System (BAS) ►   Fire Alarm Systemγ (FAS)►   Power Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition ≤(PSCADA) ►   Access Control System (ACS)►   Platform Screen Door (PSD)

ISCS Network Requirements

      ●  ISCS network has two diff÷erent networking methods: if optical transmission equipmen©t is used as backbone network or Ethernet switch is us✔ed for standalone networking, ISCS is usually interconnected with other systems.

      ●  ISCS usually requires ring network with good reliability, r₽eal-time capability and convergence.

      ●Considering the broadca♦st domain control and security, it is recommended to use 3-βlayer networking mode for ISCS network.

OTN transmission backbone network and 2-layer network are used, and all ISCS♥ terminals are located in the same network segment.

Description of Scheme Value Points

 

Redundancy: Double-ring network structure with a convergence t‌ime of less than 50ms
Fault tolerance: Single-point or conditional multi-point faults will not affect the transmissi'on of network data
Reliability: MTBF of backbone network equipment is more than •20 years, which can meet the needs of long-term stable operation
Security: The network system is protected through ACL, AGL, DoS protection, dynamic ARP s"poofing attack protection and other security policies
Compatibility: IEC-62439 standardized ring network protocol and maεnagement interface are adopted to be compatible with equipment of different suppliers for joi≠nt networking
Scalability: The network is accessed in batches and by lines, and the expansion of the network↑ system does not affect the normal communication of existing® equipment
Manageability: The working status of field equipment© can be displayed intuitively through graphical network management, so as to lower the difficul•ty of O&M management, thus realizing intelligent O&M in combinatio¥n with HITE’s NMS platform.
