Regular survey on customers’ satisfaction
Include the survey on the products satisfaction, and survey on the service sa✔tisfaction.
Satisfaction survey questionnaires will be sent to the customers by 'email on every September per year.
First call back happens on the 3th day after the installation, debug and re←pair. Relevant information will be recorded in the feedback statement.
Second call back happens on the 3th week after the installatεion, debug and repair. Relevant information will recorded in the fe•edback statement.
Third call back happens on the 3th months after the installation, debug✘ and repair. Relevant information will recorded in the feedback st↔atement.
Later phase, regular telephone call back or field visit will ♥be carried out.
