Features of WINGREEN Series Pitch Control System
1. Software and hardware double safety chain circuit
Software safety chain control circuit: Fault points such as system communicatio✔n fault, internal fault of pitch PLC, pitch overspeed signal,↕ encoder hopping, and charger fault are connected in series inside the sof•tware to form a safety chain circuit for safety protection.
Hardware safety chain control circuit: Fault points such as mastπer control EFC signal and driver status signal feedback are connected to form a safety c≠hain circuit for safety protection.
2. Optimized emergency feathering control
In case of normal operation of pitch controller PLC and AC power supply: The controll™er PLC controls the driver to retract the blades according to a predetermined curve. It can r♠educe the speed in advance when approaching the limit switch to re>duce the load of the unit.
In case of abnormal operation of controller PLC and AC power supply&: The wind turbine automatically switches to the super-capacitor bank of back-up source to power the driver, and drives the pitch motor to retract the blades according to the built-in retrac®ting curve until it reaches the limit switch.
3. Built-in UPS power supply mode
24VDC UPS is built in pitch control system, and redundant switchingα power supply is designed to realize seamless switching between AC power supply ÷and DC back-up source.
4. Sophisticated fault record diagnosis
The pitch controller PLC can record and save the fault codes, parameters', operation curves and other information of the pitch system in rea l time, and can quickly and accurately troubleshoot and deal with the faults during the o≥verhaul and maintenance of the system.
5. Abundant and friendly debugging interface
The pitch control HMI debugging interface has the advantages of functionalit≥y, intuition and accuracy. It can implement customi↓zed functions, and carry out debugging and detection, parameter modificat→ion and maintenance, troubleshooting and other operations on the pitch control sys♥tem.
