Haide New Energy is doing a joint development with a major custome$r. Since August 21, the entire R&D team, project team, general technical office, business deparφtment, and manufacturing department have been working hard to γcomplete the project.

PART 1 Mission

It is reported that after the prototype was released in January 2022, the company conducted a☆n internal test on it. All members of the project team participated in the cooperation. The whole¶ process lasted until April, and they worked overtime almost every day unt<il 11 o'clock, or even late at night, for 2 and a half months. The∞ results of the hard work of the project team will be  verified in mid-April, and everyone is happy and nervous.

 

PART 2 Situation

On April 12, the prototype was taken to Suzhou for ex ternal testing, but problems occurred. According to the news sen↔t back from the site, the base of the first sheet metal cabinet was not strong en₩ough and needed to be refitted. A new cabinet needed to be ©installed and sent to Suzhou for retesting. This was during the epidemic period $in Zhejiang and road control was in place. All departments and personnel actively offered sugges§tions and sought assistance.

 

PART 3 Action

After the first problem occurred, Zhou * from the R&D center took a production staff membe₩r to Suzhou to solve the problem in time; Yuan *long from the Process Department urgently↑ contacted a friend in Suzhou to help find someone with maintenance ex perience near the test site, and advanced the money to purchase maintenance t£ools and related personnel expenses, and dealt with the equipment abnormality as soon as possible.≈

On April 14, Zhu *zhen of the Manufacturing Department received a notic☆e that the Haide Goldwind 4X prototype still failed‍ the vibration test, and the company needed to send some±one immediately for maintenance. Problems occurred three time☆s one after another. Shen * from the Ministry of Commerce stepped for☆ward at this critical moment and took the initiative to deliver materials beyon♥d his responsibilities, but in the end the problem wa÷s not completely resolved. On the one hand, Shen * proactively cont&acted the Goldwind 4X project team members and continuously communica​ted; on the other hand, he directly brought the prototype from the third-party t<esting institution back to the company, and benchma‌rked the third-party institution's standards with the customer service center and ‌manufacturing department. On April 28, the sheet metal workshop arranged for He*Qi ↕welder to work overtime until 1 am to cooperate with the modification.★ The converter workshop arranged for 9 employees and process engineers to work overtime all night. γOn April 29, the aging test arranged for 4 employees to work overtime until ✘3 am. Responsible for debugging aging.

PART 4 ​​Results

The next day, Shen* sent it to a third-party organization for teδsting. It finally passed the verification and obtained a quality certificate to go into mass prod÷uction.
