At the beginning of July, new college students came in the heat of the day. After completi↕ng the entry procedures, they went to various departments and confirmed the responsibilities of th♥eir positions with their mentors. Learning

Looking back at July 2023, the memory of the new employee orienαtation training is instantly vivid:

The first stage of new employee training: In late July, various business systems of ★the company taught business knowledge to new employees, and they coαmpleted the study of rules and regulations, safety education, financial processes and product knoφwledge.

 

 

General Manager Zhang brought the "first lesson" t$o the new employees of the 2023 class, sharing the corporate culture of" "contributor-oriented" as the cornerstone and the value of "≈customer achievement". He also shared the company's vision: We are committ$ed to promoting the development and application of zero-carbon energy te​chnology and becoming the world's leading provider of power electronics prod§ucts and system solutions in this field.

Integration Seminar for Newly-Job Graduates: After the induction training came to a©n end, in order to allow new college students to better integrate into the Haide famil☆y, at the seminar, new colleagues introduced themselves one by one, opened their hearts, talked± about their feelings about joining the company, and ₩expressed their expectations and aspirations for t©he work. The atmosphere on the scene was warm and harmonious!

My thoughts after joining the company:
It has been one month since I started working. After leaving campus, I read a lot of books in πthese years, but now I have entered the workplace. The content of the books is very different fromλ the actual situation. I walked into the workshop to understand ¥the production process, which felt very fresh, but I felt v£ery small when I actually did it.
