Debrief and answer sheet, anchor and start again


 

On June 25 and July 2, Zhejiang Haide New Energy held two performance review meetings for mana₹gement staff in the first half of 2022.

At the management's performance report meeting held in the first half of the year, managemen₩t personnel comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work progress ≤in the first half of 2022 by sharing achievements, higαhlights, raising questions, making plans, and expressing determination. They deeply analyz​ed the shortcomings and weaknesses in the work, and proposed pla♣ns and directions for the work in the second half of 2022.

 

 

Although certain achievements have been made, the second half of 2022  will face new opportunities and challenges. Taking this management staff performance review con ference as an opportunity, we will "report, listen, evaluate, compare,∞ learn, and think" to benchmark, summarize experience, plan for the future, stick to our o→riginal intentions, and strive to create a new situatΩion in our work; we must continuously strengthen our own αcapabilities and team building, and constantly adapt to the new situation and new req←uirements of our work; we must coordinate and do a good job in all key tasks in the second half' of the year, continue to focus on project construction, business output, s•afe production and other key tasks, and ensure that all work tasks throughou×t the year are successfully completed.

 

 

We have had gains and losses, bitterness and sweetness in the past six months, but we ♦must still take the continuous improvement of our own businesφs capabilities as the benchmark, strengthen our confπidence, take action, pull together, and work hard to push forward t₹he various work tasks in the second half of the year.
